[Suggestion]Level 50,60,70,80 Yellow side quests should reward player with Experience

I'm doing the "Scholasticate Quests" questline at the moment, it's lvl 60 sidequests from Heavensward, and I've noticed that they only reward you with Gil and not experience.
Recently I've learned that all side quests that were highest level at the time yield 0 experience today.
I think all older sidequests that aren't highest level nowadays, should reward players with amount of experience points based on quest level.
Because a lot of these quests are actually very interesting, but I think not being able to level jobs at 50-80 doing the quests is kind of discouraging for some players. And they are missing out on great stories.

I don't think getting a tiny amount of XP for completing a level 50 side quest is going to encourage more players to do them. Before you say "well of course not, the XP would be much higher", consider the following:

A level 40 MSQ quest rewards 21,560 XP. A level 40 side quest rewards 5.390 XP, or 25% of what a MSQ quest does at that level.

A level 50 MSQ quest rewards 2.340 XP. If side quests were given the standard side quest percentage, that's 585 XP. Even if those level 50 side quests were getting the same about of XP as a MSQ quest, most players aren't going to be bothered just because it's getting a small amount of XP compared to the 421,000 XP required to go from level 50 to 51 (or more if the job is at a higher level). Someone doing all of the ARR Hildibrand quests would only get 49,140 XP at the high rate, or about 12% of a level.

Not everything needs to come with an experience reward. If someone is genuinely interested in the content, they will do it regardless of the reward. They may not prioritize doing it over other things to level but they will do it eventually.

I actually think it would be good if MSQ gave less experience but side quests gave way more.

Some people already try to argue that you "stop making progress" for periods of the game because EXP drops to a crawl during the periods where you were originally at level cap and not earning any EXP at all. That mindset isn't going to be broken by adding a similar fraction to sidequests.

Progression of story and unlocking of battle content is still progress in itself, even when your numbers aren't going up.

I'm not sure how I feel about this as the quest line in question isn't your normal side quest. Do the level cap Hildibrand quests give you xp? As the Scholasticate is on the same level as those. Since they were made in part to those who wanted something like Hildibrand, but more serious and to get more of a certain other inspector. I would love to see another one like it, but since that one is seen as to not have been popular enough I doubt we will. That and I'm not sure how the devs would squeeze one in. Does Coil, Alexander, Mach, Omega ect also not give xp despite being at their respective lv caps? As again those are side quests, but are also not your average side quests you get littering every nook and cranny of the map. Then would you have these special ones give more xp than the regular ones due to how you can use NG+ to relive these vs the regular ones where you'd need an alt to redo them. Or would you want them to give the same amount as the regular ones?
