Who is depicted by this statue in Labyrinthos?

Hi all. I noticed one of the buildings in Labyrinthos has a pair of identical statues on top. Trying to figure out who it's meant to be representing, because it's very different from the Thaliak statue on the surface. Archon NN who made the ark also doesn't match the description, because he was a roegadyn, whereas the statue looks closer to a hyur.

Guy who came up with Labyrinthos, maybe? Or maybe Oschon. That kinda looks like a wanderer’s walking stick.

I'd say that's just another depiction of Thaliak as he tends to be more often depicted as a reserved scholar holding an ashen staff. The water fountain statue of him is closer to how he looks in the drawing of the Ewer.
