the only thing mentioned was during the last 14 hour broadcast. someone asked in the Q&A if they could have it back for the new classes (Sage and Reaper). Yoshi-p said he'd talk to the guy but imo i don't think it would be worth to bring it back just for two classes. maybe a couple more expacs down the line when there's like 5 or 6 more classes to do.
As for any online store release, no mention. You missed it the last 3 times it happened? you're pretty much out of luck. sorry if you joined the game later.
