Moving to new DC question

I have to leave my FC i made here on Goblin to move. Once I transfer will the new DC really be FC-less for 30 days or are the rules different for something like this?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but since the Home World Transfer Service guide doesn't say anything about not being able to join or create an FC after a transfer, I'm going to assume you're somehow referring to housing, because the only thing I can find that mentions a 30 day restriction on FCs is that an FC has to be 30 days old before any of their members can bid on a housing plot.

So, joining or forming an FC on day 0, yes, you can do that. But the soonest you'd be able to bid on a plot as an FC repreresentative would be the bidding period that begins on Thursday, 01 December, provided (1) your FC is founded between when the servers go live on Tuesday 01 November and 0800 PDT on Saturday 05 November and (2) your FC reaches the required rank and size for purchasing a house by the end of the bidding period that ends on Monday 05 December at 0800 PDT.
