A connection error has occurred on game launcher

Hi team,

I'm facing the issue "a connection error has occurred" on game lanucher, I have tried reset network, dns, router and etc still no luck. After I speak with ISP, they recommended me to switch connetion method from PPPOE to Dynamic IP, it actually works, but it's quite weird, I was keep using PPPOE for years and no issue, and it suddenly happens. I guess PPPOE is more secure and hope to keep using it, do I really have to switch to dynamic ip or is there any issue on SE side or ISP side?:(
