We need a /notes emote to go with the Noir set, and the animation already exists.

I photoshopped this image below based on the glamour I was wearing and someone brought it to my attention that this actually already exists in the game!

When your Squadron members are training, they will sometimes be taking notes. Even more interestingly, it seems that the animation is unique to different races. You can see the existing animation and one of it's variations in this video I took (sorry, I don't know how to embed):

Especially since the animation already exists, I feel like it should be pretty easy to implement as an emote. Call the item to unlock it something like "Ballroom Etiquette - Duly Noted" or "Ballroom Etiquette - For the Record". Ideally, make repeating as well.
