Incorrect Duty List display

Details: So I've noticed that whenever I pick up certain tribal quests from the omicrons (I don't know which ones for sure other than "A Fertile Blend") the duty list will display the quest as complete and ready to turn in even though I just barely started the quest and have not even retrieved any of the items for the quest.
