[6.0] [6.25] Possible inconsistency in Nanamo's form of address

Apologies if this is something that’s been brought up before or is more of something the loc team is planning to retcon/adjust in order to create consistency with future patches rather than past patches—it’s not terribly high-priority, but I thought I’d bring it up just in case this might be or end up as a consistency issue!
I’ve noticed that, from Endwalker on, Nanamo’s form of address by other NPCs has suddenly changed—generally from Realm Reborn to Shadowbringers, she’s been more commonly referred to as “Your Grace/Her Grace,” unless referred to by her full title, “Her Royal Majesty, Nanamo Ul Namo,” as seen in the description for "The Parting Glass." Some early examples of this include "A Hero in the Making," cutscene 2 (the Ul'dahn remembrance ceremony) and her tale from the Calamity, "The Sultana's Seven," though this trend persists past ARR and into Heavensward/Stormblood/Shadowbringers, when relevant.

However, as of Endwalker onwards, she is suddenly being referred to as “Your Majesty/Her Majesty” much more often, without her full title attached.
The most recent example of this would be the 6.25 quest “A Key to the Past,” but there have been other instances contained throughout Endwalker as well.

I understand changing this form of address, as generally “Your Grace” can be used for varying levels of nobility whereas “Your Majesty” is used more consistently for kings and queens (and, in this case, sultanas), so if this is an intentional change, feel free to disregard this post!
