im attempting to frame limit the game via the gfx driver to 60 fps and ffxiv is completly ignoring it.
i have confirmed the limiter is in place with other games, and have got this to work with the game in the past, but for some reason it no longer functions with the game.
i have updated to the latest driver

Some of the driver settings only work for fullscreen applications, such a s limiting FPS. It has something to do with the way Windows handles windowed games.
Also dont work with AMD Radeon either.
