Paglth'an Chestpiece of Aiming Texture Glitch on Lalafell

Texture/color glitch on the armband. The ribbon holding the medallion is half white on lalafell characters. Confirmed that other players could see the white part, and that the part was red all the way around for their races in world and in the preview screen. The Scouting version appears to have the same issue. Attached are screenshots showing the difference.
