A Relic Reborn

A Relic Reborn doesn't seem to flag when going to the NPC Gerolt in East Shroud. Anyone know why? Lodestone doesn't show any pre reqs to the quest.

Do you have the soiled promissory note?

Like above its not a matter of speaking with him. You got some seals, key items, drops from hamlet, and soiled promissory note before you even begin to speak to that npc.

Hmm do you know what the pre reqs are to start the quest?

Go talk to Rowena, who is opposite the Aetheryte plaza on Ul'dah's main strip. You need to trade beastmen seals from the hamlets (rare drops) for a soiled promissory note, which will get Gerolt talking.

Takes a while... :/

3 Tremor Seals from Aleport Hamlet Defense Lv2
3 Inferno Seals from Golden Bazaar Hamlet Defense Lv2
3 Vortex Seals from Hyrstmill Hamlet Defense Lv2
1 On the Properties of Beastmen from Grand Company 25,000GC Seals

talk to Rowena ask about Rumors, trade in above items for Soiled Promissory Note, that will allow you to talk to Gerolt and begin A Relic Reborn
