Anyone know where this comes from? I've completed the quest in Castrum Novum but I didn't see any drops during the run.

Anyone know where this comes from? I've completed the quest in Castrum Novum but I didn't see any drops during the run.
I believe they come from either, The Magitek Gundams... er... Vangaurds, or the chests within the stronghold themselves.
Both the Vanguards and chests can drop them.
