But are we getting a regularly scheduled halloween event this year, or is it going to be postponed or non existent again?

Yeah, technically we did get one this year, but I suppose they'll do another one to set it back on its right schedule... I know they add stuff sometimes in advance, but there's a chance since the rewards were datamined already...
