Lift gender lock for standing pose

I am in love with the classic "Dragoon pose" where the dragoon holds onto the lance in one hand while standing bad-ass looking...
However I cannot get this standing pose unless my character is male... although I am grateful that job-specific standing poses have so much variety, it would be amazing if both genders can have access to each other's standing pose at some point.
