Not sure if this is a bug..?

My wife and I play together and are trying to do relic and anima weapons. This is whats happening; I will do the FATEs with her and I get 3-5 of the crystals/atma (practically in a row) by this time she is might get a single item. Is her character bugged out or is her luck just that bad for every single one of these? :confused:

Poor RNG. It happens. I'm working on my HW relic and did like 10 FATEs in a row with no drops one day, and then got my drop within 2 FATEs the next day.
