Lack of Official Feedback Pages

Through reading the description pages of each forum area in the English section of this website this area is the only one directly stating that they are for the taking of player opinions.

Example for this section:

"The purpose of this forum is for players to submit feedback and suggestions related to the FINAL FANTASY XIV official forums, The Lodestone and other official websites concerning FINAL FANTASY XIV. In order for us to be able to offer a better service, we would like to hear your opinions."

Example for Classes and Jobs > Tank Roles:

"The purpose of this forum is for players to hold discussions on Tank roles and its tactics with other players."

Taken at face value, there is no designated area where the English audience (can\\'t speak for other areas I can\\'t read accurately) can efficiently provided feedback about the game to Square Enix.

I would like a broadening of the Feedback section to include things other then the various official Websites, Companion App, and Localization which are all effectively just vehicles for marketing the game to NA rather than being anything to do with the game itself.
