HTTPS System Errors and Launcher Crash

I am having an issue that many people are having. I have tried as many solutions as I can find(Using VPN, disabling all security measures, clearing IE cache and editing the IE settings, deleting ffxiv folders, a fresh install more than once, many restarts of my computer, and much more, will clarify based on what is asked or said) and I am STILL getting two error codes. I get "A system error has occurred: -2146697211. HTTPS System Error" and "A system error has occurred: -2146697208. HTTPS System Error". I have been trouble shooting this since last night and I'm losing my mind. I have no clue what could be causing this or how to fix it. I have played this game so much and this just seemingly randomly started appearing as an error? Is there any way to diagnose why this would randomly start happening?
