[Suggestion] Duty Strike Counter in Duty Finder

I'm pretty sure this hasn't been added. If it has, I'm sorry for the post and would kindly ask someone to point me where it is.

SE Devs, please please pretty please add somewhere in the duty finder a strike / penalty counter for how many times we've missed a que.

I know we should keep track of it, but often times life gets a hold of us and it's very easy to lose count. Could you please add a little x/3 Strikes for us so we can check how many times we've missed a que that day?

Another possible place to put it could be the Timers menu with a countdown until it's refreshed.
