I hate P8S

I absolutely hate it. I PF savage every tier, all of the bosses and I've never hated a boss or its door boss more. I enjoyed O12S more than this. Getting a clear in PF has been an absolute nightmare.

Honestly I don't know how you all do savage PF lol. I haven't pugged in savage in years. I get my fill of PF from extremes lol.

Its honestly great for like, the first 3 bosses + last doorboss and then its absolutely horrible for the final boss. The freedom of playing when you want, not playing when you want. If you don't want to play with someone you don't have to. Those things are quite nice! The hardest bosses though can be rough and this one is extra rough

It would help if you named the reasons of why you hate the fight.

A) Tougher DPS check than other fights (even post-nerf?)
B) Unforgiving player checks for mechanics requiring everyone to be alive at all times
C) Overloading information due to complex mechanic structure at times
D) Technical issues with mechanics such as Snake gazes being weird to you or Centaur snapshotting of hits
E) Increased incompetence of the average player joining your party finder groups
F) Potentially you just overreacting and still getting used to the fight

Two people hating the fight can hate it for different reasons after all.

Also trapping. Litteral clear parties with people joining who only know JP strats somehow.

Friend, I can’t even get into a group that can do devour or R6 properly. The ceiling for who are getting in PF as well as the floor make think I am just not getting a clear in this

I got my clear today.

I still hate this boss.

TBH I'm gonna admit to accidentally trapping ppl today, I've cleared p5 but by god I was off today and kept dying to stupid shit (devour, ruby 6, freakin puddles killed me at one point.) My Financial aid in school got revoked accidentally and so my minds been off. Point being: Unless it's the same people trapping or not doing mechs properly, try to give them a small break ahah.

If p8s prog has taught me anything its that trying to get clears when your head is not in it is just wasting your time and everyone else's time. always listen to your body and take the breaks you need! You come back stronger 100% even if its just an hour break!

A, B, and E. I've been at this for 2 weeks. Still on door boss, still haven't been able to clear it. It's not fun to do this fight. And when you're not having fun, it's time to work/do something else.
