We're not, they just shifted their design philosophy with them so rather than getting one or two hairstyles added to the defaults for free in every patch you now get hairstyles as a reward for content instead.
Not a bad idea at all, cosmetics is one of the most alluring types of rewards in the game and it goes double for hairstyles which are in much lower quantity than all other forms of character customization in the game.

We got two with IS that everyone can use. Also they're trying to get out of the hole they made with Viera and Hrothgar so that they're even with the other races. What is rarely for you?

Yeah, I agree with that. However, what's with the devs wanting hroths to look as stupid as humanly possible? We had 2B and Karen from finance, and now... little princess? Like, who designed that? There are more than pink panther/butterfly fairy hrothgars out there. lol Still nice to see updates, though. Maybe next time.
