Frequency: As soon as the hairstyle is equipped.

Area and coordinates: Anywhere
Steps:
1. Be a female Viera (I don't know if this bug happens to other genders/races)
2. Equip "Practical Ponytails" from the Aesthetician
3. Emote or move in any way
*Add more steps if necessary
