Considering he was just playing Steel Battalion while piloting UW I would say Xbox

Though I can see Gauis being a water/food rations sort of guy.

Gaius strikes me as a Dr. Pepper man.

Given his tendency towards long-winded speeches, I figure he's more of a traditional play and opera kind of guy when he's off duty.

So: wine, a 5-star restaurant, and he'd rather practice his next soliloquy while listening to classical music than play games.

When he's on duty, I agree with the above that he just eats MREs.
