Adventure Card Error

Steps:
1. Go to Advent card
2. Click Edit Portrait
3. Go to character
4. Click reflect current gear
5. Get an error that says

Plate could not be updated due to unfulfilled requirements. (5)
I used a fantasia and now I can't change my adventure card.

I have the same issue since i used fantasia and changed my race.

I've already submitted the issue (https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...re-Plate-issue) but unfortunately it seems no one is looking at this forum.

It seems to have fixed its self after relogging and waiting about 15mins

Thats good, happy for you, mine on the other hand seems to be permanent, as its been like this for weeks now.

I also haven't been able to change my plate. I didn't use fantasia, haven't be able to edit it at all since the patch dropped...
