The Overview: Our Free Company has returned! We're a family-friendly space seeking to rebuild its ranks and begin a culture based on teamwork, socializing, achieving goals with likeminded players who want nothing more but a home to relax, play, enjoy the game, and of course progress through content, develop themselves without all the stress and mandates. We'll be open to players of all levels, skills, and experience alike to come together as one family to build a culture and community we can all be proud of. The best part about getting in with us is that not only do we have a chance to build something amazing from the ground up, but we're already a Rank 30 FC and we have a stellar housing plot with company workshop, airships, and a submersible. Community: This is a social and community-oriented space. Quality over Quantity. We're looking for players who won't be afraid to get involved, be engaging, genuinely care about the team's success and not just their own. The ideal members are players who truly understand what being in a guild setting is about. Being willing to learn together, teach others less knowledgeable, band together to take on any challenge that comes our way, see a goal and work to achieve it, etc.
Social Atmosphere and Discord: Discord is required to join, but Voice is only encouraged (especially for group activities), no mic necessary. Being that we are a social and team driven FC, it makes sense that having a method of solid communication is in place. We'll use Discord for general discussions, FC announcements, goals, planning activities, sharing knowledge, team comradery, and using voice when we can. We understand that people are shy at times, that's okay, as long as some kind of effort to engage is made. We're here to be a true community and not just a group of individuals.
Learning and Teaching: A cornerstone of our community is that, for anyone interested, we will hold events and classes for any content of the game that we need to learn. And also being able to teach the things to do know to our lesser experienced members. We don't want to leave anyone behind.
Activities: Our goal is to provide activities for everyone to enjoy once we've reached a good number of active, core members in the community. We'll be able to base this on everyone's availability and what is in demand. Nothing will be off the table. We're just looking for everyone to enjoy themselves. It is part of our goal to help anyone interested in doing these things to the proper gear, skill, and comfort level.
FC Housing, Workshop, Etc: Our House is located at: Plot 45, 18th Ward, The Goblet - Gardening, decorating, house parties, etc. It'll all be open to members. We currently have a couple Airships and a Submersible from our prior time. The bones and foundations are here, we just need the players to go further.

Game Content & Goals: With many expansions and patches being released over the years, our goal is to work together to make sure everyone can get through each expansion and the in-between content and achieve goals including but not limited to:- Mechanics: for those who want to get deep into raiding, trials, etc
- Aether cores
- Aether currents (for flying) in HW, SB, ShB, and EW
- Max leveling regular classes
- Mastering Crafting & Gathering classes
- Building up your gil
- Completing all dungeons and Trials (normal to savage)
- Eureka
- Obtaining Mounts
- and so many more....
CONCLUSION
We're not looking to become the most powerful Free Company in the server, but I do hope with patience and teamwork, we can make our mark and stand tall amongst them all.
