Kicked to title screen (not afk)

I'm having an issue where frequently I'll log in, be at my house, in town, whatever, and randomly I'm instantly sent to the title screen. No error, no 90000 or 90002, just instantly title screen without delay.



I'm playing Windows 11, no addons of any kind, mostly clean install of windows, NON-STEAM. Nothing running in the background except discord



Any suggestions? I'm on a laptop with a rtx 3080 and i9-11980hk, it is wifi6 full signal 802.11ax on google fiber. Latency is about 8ms.


Not sure where to look since the game isn't crashing

it seems to happen most frequently if the laptop was in sleep mode, and then wakes up.
-not ffxiv, I mean open lid, open ffxiv, start game-

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding, but if your laptop goes to sleep then you will get disconnected from the servers so that's absolutely normal for you to get thrown back to the title screen.

This actions happens any time there's a network disconnection so will definitely happen when the laptop sleeps.
