Expert and 90 on Mentor Roulette

It doesn't make sense that they're there. The name itself, Expert. Why would anyone need "mentoring" there. Even new expansion raids don't come up in the Mentor Roulette.

Mentor roulette is meant to fill queues, otherwise it wouldn’t pop instances with no sprouts present.

I agree. 80+ stuff should be removed. Newer stuff shouldn’t have a struggle to fill as people are still doing them. Perhaps the name should be changed if its just to fill as Mentor implies teaching something.

Even though it throws you in the Praetorium with three other mentors instead of, say, alliance raids.
