Cant access the Character Select Screen

I log in. Click the "Play" button. Brings up the menu. "Click Start" screen goes black starts to load. A second later I get an Error 1015. "Cannot connect to lobby." I know there shouldnt be a maintenance going on. So I dont understand why it wont let me connect. Any ideas?
