Repeat TWENTY TIMES! The RL version of this would be having to pay for a food delivery one item at a time, separate transactions.

Why all the needless repetition? This is hardly better than just doing it all manually. It should work the same as the factory orders. Click Review, and all the stuff is instantly deposited into your inventory.

I fired the gardener, and will do the same with the animal caretaker when it's time to collect their stuff.

The services themselves are also too expensive to consider using seriously.

Unless you're just crafting and selling the same one item over and over again in the workshop, you should be making way more than you're spending on automating your pasture/crops. 200 cowrie a day for animals when you should be making at least 1500 cowrie a day without any sort of spreadsheet or optimization is not really an issue.

Expensive? if you earn like 3k a day, it's not expensive at all...

Also my complaint is just, I can't change the next crops with the automation... :(

200 a day for taking care of animals is nothing,challenge log will cover those fees easily

Is it worth having them take care of the animals before max level if I'm going to be selling all of the animal droppings?

really up to you when it's worth it but when i got sick of going around collecting stuff and feeding 20 animals i started using mammets.

I feel like it should just operate like the workshop mammet. When you talk to them they should just hand you all the leavings or gathered crops.
