Having a problem with Soaring Profits quest

I could not unlock this quest, the notation told me I had to finish the Shadow of Mhach quest series. I checked and saw I hadn't done Dun Scaith, so I did it and turned in to Slipsix. So I should be able to unlock Soaring Profits now, but it still tells me I have to finish Shadow of Mhach. I had already done Weeping City of Mhach and Void Ark. Anyone know what I am missing?

It's not just the raids that need to be completed. You need to complete the quest chain for the raids, ending with "A Redbill Farewell". If I remember correctly, that quest comes after the quest you do while completing Dun Scaith.
