Garlean Steel Plate Recipe??

Where?? Plz assist! :( Would like to get a jump start on a nice darksteel Hauby :p

its probably a stronghold drop just like all the other garlean items. hence why they are needed for the new recipes. instead of HQ mats you need Stronghold mats.

Any idea which stronghold? Is there any info on this online? Wouldve thought lodestone wouldve added the new recipes by now
