I cannot recommend Nvidia Shadowplay highly enough. It's nearly instantaneous to set up and records at extremely high quality. I have it set to record the last 10 minutes of games I'm playing with the intent of being able to catch a game where my mistakes are not obvious to me in the hopes that more skilled members of the community can help me improve.
With that said, I'm not exceptional and I fully admit it, but I would hardly consider myself as someone who was "carried to crystal." If anything, a lot of the reason I'm hoping to review some vods is so this game mode that I found surprisingly engaging will live long enough for my "low diamond in Overwatch" ass to not be in the top 100 on any data center.
I'm sure my words aren't really enough to convince you of my skill level, but if it helps, I played in the NA Community Cup as a part of Titan (Unreal); you can judge my (in my opinion, mediocre) play for your own eyes and see if there might be anything to learn.
