Im playing on ps4 and somehow the action e.g : Using Bertha in Stone Vigil Hard & Piloting G-Warrior in Sapphire Weapon , appear in middle of screen and not automatically in hot bar. It auto appear in hotbar before, but i could accidently touch some setting and screw it . Could anyone guide me on the this/proper setting?

but you'll want to check the hotbar settings and play around with a couple of options
iirc there are some settings that effect what is displayed when the "pet hotbar" is available
if you accidentally changed it to "display as hotbar 1" then that is the pc hotbar that will pop up when special actions are available
you want it to display as a cross hotbar
