Do I contact support?

Hey guys its been 2 years since i last played ff14 and my friend bought me the expansion and I started playing yesterday. Then 6 hours later they reveal the callback campaign is back. Is there anything i can do to get those rewards for myself and friend or am i out of luck?

The event will happen again in the future. It always does.

You can always get the rewards just from inviting new players to the game with your recruitment code.

As mere players, we don't really know.

You are likely best sending an email to support, not asking on the forums.

You're out of luck, especially if you purchased game time to play.
