CWLS trouble

Every time I'm invited to or try to create a new CWLS it replaces an old CWLS even if I move the old one to a different number.

Eg CWLS named boxes is in the 3rd tab...I'm invited to join Sharks when I accept the new invite, boxes disappears and is replaced by sharks. I am still in boxes CWLS I just can't access it.
If I move boxes to the fourth tab and re accept an invite from Sharks it still replaces boxes.
I also can't chat in the boxes CWLS the game refuse to acknowledge it exists.
