Island Sanctuary Workshop not recognized(?)

I have only recently noticed this issue. I have been at Island Sanctuary rank 10 for quite some time, have constructed all landmarks, workshops, granaries and all upgrades. I've completed "The Land, Wind, and Sea" as a sign of proof of having completed everything.

However, I've recently realized that when accessing my Workshop Agenda from the Tactful Taskmaster, the center workshop in my Agenda is labelled 'Workshop II', which is bizarre considering all of my workshops are rank III. I don't know if this has had an effect on the Cowries I've obtained from the crafts and the efficiency bonus for the center workshop, or if it is just a visual bug. Nevertheless I wanted to report it.
