Lag in instanced content

I added this as a reply to an existing thread but since that one seems to be dead im making a new one.
Since the savage tier was unlocked i've had really bad lag/disconnects on my main character.
GCD's/OGCD's will be skipped/have their cooldown reset by 3seconds/play animation halfway then cancel themselves.
This only happens on my main, my alt on the same Datacenter and server have none of these issues, my partner on the same connection as me have none of these issues either.

I've tried forwarding ports mentioned in an old thread with the same issue to no avail, I've reinstalled my game, tried running it in win 7 compatability mode, running it as an admin.

Nothing i've tried has worked and im all out of options at this point.
I'll gladly accept any help anyone can give me on this issue as its making raiding borderline unplayable and makes it actually impossible for me to get reclears on Dragonsong war.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue that you are experiencing. By any chance, have you tried switching between a wired and wireless connection to see if that changes anything? Additionally, if you haven't tried these yet, I would recommend the following troubleshooting to see if it may help with alleviating the issue:

1. Please make sure all background applications (including anti-virus programs) are disabled and/or closed to minimize game interference before attempting to log in.

2. Open the Control Panel of the PC and go to ‘Network and Internet’. Once there select ‘Internet Options’
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
- Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
- Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
- Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.

Once completed, Please RESTART your PC. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator".

3. Perform a clean boot by opening your Task Manager, selecting the "Start Up" tab, and disabling all applications listed there. This will help rule out the possibility of other applications conflicting with FINAL FANTASY XIV upon startup.
