Does a previous free play period count against the callback campaign?

A friend of mine participated in the free play period at the end of June. Her last day of actual subscription was in February. How does this interact with the callback campaign? Is the requirement of 90 days counted from the end of the free play period or the last actual subscription? If it's the end of the free play period, how exactly is it counted? If I'm right the free play period ended on July 2nd at 0:00 GMT, so 90 days have passed on September 30th 0:00 GMT. The callback campaign is in effect until September 30th 8:00 GMT. Does this mean there's an 8-hour window for me to send the invite and her to accept it? It's a bit tight, but I think we can make it if necessary. Is there any harm in trying earlier, to see if the free play period doesn't count against this?

I feel like it would be polite from SE to not shaft players who participated in the earlier free play period, because the callback campaign is clearly a much better deal and back in June we didn't know it would be coming.

So, I've tested this the last time it ran, and the 90 days begin counting from the last time a sub was purchased.

As the campaign states, they might not get it for any reason, and they won't tell you. But I did test it with a friend, and he got both the free login, and return campaign playtime.

At that time he bought Shadowbringers, claimed the 15 free days you get for leveling a character on a prefered server to lv 30, and played the 22 days awarded at that time AFTER the free login.

Just here to confirm you can receive the 14 days even if you logged in for the free trial.

Got a screenshot from another friend confirming she received my invitation to return :) She played during the last free trial, but was last subbed in Dec of 2021.
