Bluefeather Barding not glowing

So I encountered a bug with the Bluefeather barding. After patch it stopped having the white glow to it at night time in the game. I'm not sure if it's intended as I did not see anything mentioning it not glowing anymore in the patch notes. My friend has encountered it too so I know it's not an account bug.
