log in issues after pressing 'Play'

Hi would anyone be able to help me! i am no longer able to log in because it says , "Final fantasy 14 has not yet been registered with this service account or your subscription has been expired" I played 2 days ago and it was fine until yesterday. i do not play it on steam i bought it on the offcial site and my subscription is still up until the end of this month. If anyone is able to help me please do! :(
