Conceiving BST: Beast Master Job

Since summoner has had its synergy in pet play stripped away, this is a thread to conceptualize that very synergy and pet mechanics for this job.

For starters: Make it a limited job. Allow BST to join alongside BLU in dungeons and trials. The core job would be listed as a DPS role.

Like for BLU, allow the BST outside of combat to interchange what creatures he's got with him. The creatures will have their own abilities that'll go on the hotbar. Any skills that combo would auto replace similar to how pvp or how solo role instances (thancred's fight) chain and flow into other actions. Make the creature's actions OGCD while the BST's actions are on GCD with a couple of their own actions OGCD.
The BST can only have 1 creature out at a time.

The creatures are the ones that would be split into 3 separate categories (Healer, DPS, Tank).

Getting other creatures to join you: one idea would be it respects you after you senselessly whack it till it's dead before getting back up and informing the BST has won their respect and that they can recruit it. Or following Shin Megami Tensei Imagine Online's model, dialogue hotbar actions (IE: persuade, threaten, etc. ) until the creature either attacked, fled, or opted to join and become recruit-able. Obviously, there should be a time limit set before the creature just disappears on its own if the BST leaves without recruiting or turning it away.

But these are my thoughts put together on such a job that would or would never exist in 14, and the kind of potential. Feel free to add, expand on this if inclined on that 1% chance that squenix staff sees this and I end up waiting until 9.3 - 13.2 before BST is either hinted at or confirmed never happening.
