Suggestion for some NIN changes to Ninjitsu

While going through the forums looking stuff up for NIN. I came across some nice ideas for the mudra/ninjitsu theory crafting for changes and would like to share what I think would be really cool changes. Open to opinions.

These are changes I found online that i wanted to reshare/bring back up

1. Fuma Shuriken - This is completely removed from the mudra system.
Throwing Daggers at lvl 30 upgrades to Fuma Shuriken with 2-3 charges on 15sec cooldowns each. (On OGCD, so they can be weaved in to the standard rotation).

2. What used to be Fuma Shuriken on 1-mudra press becomes a new skill called "Throw kusarigama (Kusari gamu o nageru)" and becomes an attack with less front-loaded potency as Fuma Shuriken had, but gives a DOT lasting 30-45sec (bleeding) with about as much potency as a raiton+raiju. A visual representation could be, having the chain of the Kusarigama stuck to the mob, kind of like WAR's "Holmgang".

Thoughts?

I wouldn't like hitting an oGCD button 24/7 so the change to throwing daggers is a pass for me, but making Shuriken useful (again) would be neat. I'd like a reason to use it as well.

Right now we really only see The Shuriken with Ten Chi Jen but I feel like we could increase the appearance by making Kassatsu function the same way as Ten Chi Jen but limited to two mudras. So Shuriken could be followed by Raiton for instance if we used Kassatsu. It would also be nice if Raiju Ready had a third option to use a free Shuriken for those moments when you don't wanna be in melee range or gap close to death. The Shuriken would be a DPS loss but a nice option to have.

It is how it is, I have no problem with Fuma-Shuriken, it's the only Physical Ninjutsu, you utilize Ninjutsu Knowledge to throw a big Fuma Shuriken quick, for a One Button Ninjutsu, I think it's fine. The Kusarigama Idea is a bit too loaded for my taste, Ninja are supposed to be Quick: One Button Mudra BAM! Fuma-Shuriken.
50 Ninki, Single Target? Bhawa!
50 Ninki, AoE? Toad!
50 Ninki on it's own? Bunshin, I think..

I'd say Ninjutsu do not need to change, the devs had Ninja Perfect in 5.2, now they battered Trickattack in 6.1 .. great!
