You don't have to grind the last 10k to unlock flying building. Finishing the lighthouse gave me 10k and 5000 cowries. I was so tired of grinding mats needed 41k and I gave out at 32k and was mentally finished and to my surprise the beautiful lighthouse finished it all off. Happy happy joy joy. Sage :)
