Chocobo stable access.

Hi there.

We've got a new player in our FC, and when they attempt to use the FC stable they get "Unauthorized Access" when they select "stable my chocobo".

Things we've done to try and resolve.

First; the rank they are in our FC ranks does include Stable access, we placed them in the same rank as myself and I can use it.

Second; we've confirmed they have Bird in the Hand completed in their journal.

According to everything I've found online, that Quest should give them the access they need. We're struggling to figure out why they are getting this error.
