Keystroke Hesitation and Keylock When Moving Camera

I didn't have this problem before patch 6.2.

When panning the camera under Legacy Mode and moving, sideways movement keystrokes aren't registered. This happens most often when 'W' Is depressed and pressed either 'A' or 'D' while using the right-mouse button to move the camera. When a keylock happens, it can also effect the 'W' and 'S' keys (If I am pressing only 'D' for example), locking me into sideways motion. To fix this keylock, I have to release all keys on the keyboard and stop panning the camera. Not exactly good in a round of boss mechanics :P

If the camera is static, 'A' and 'D' and all other keystrokes register as normal.

I don't have any special keybinds. I've reset the keybinds to default just be be certain, but no luck. This happens even when the game is the only application running, so I know its not another application capturing the keystrokes.

Wired Ethernet.
Internet speed ranges from 250 - 300 mbps
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: AMD Radeon 6600
Playing through Steam
