Portrait says character expression not in frame when it is

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Date & Time: 8/27/2022 1:33 PM CDT
Frequency: always
World name: Lamia

Steps:
1. Portrait mode
2. Design
3. Decrease camera distance until character is visible from foot to tips of ears
4. Try to save.
5. Error message: "Unable to save portrait. Character's expression is not in frame"
6. Picture attached to show that character's expression is fully in frame.

I have Gridania as background but the error shows with any background. I'm not sure why this happens as I have other portraits with my full character shown that don't give this error.
