Game crashing any time I attempt to load into 6.2 content

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue where, any time I try to do the Fell Court of Troia dungeon, the game queues, gets ready, and then the moment I actually try to load into the dungeon to start, the game crashes 100% of the time. When I try to log back in, while still part of the dungeon party, the game also crashes and I can only log in again once I have been kicked from the party.

Additionally, I have also noticed this issue with the new Island Sanctuary. I was able to play and complete the quest up to the point where I needed to actually travel to the Island Sanctuary. However, the moment I tried to load into the Island Sanctuary, the game crashed. Since that happened, I also can't seem to properly log in any more since, I can't leave the Island Sanctuary unless I log in, but the game crashes every time I try to load into the Island Sanctuary.

The actual crash happens by showing the loading screen and I can usually tell when the crash happens because the postmoogle in the bottom left freezes up, after which hitting any buttons causes the game to crash. If you could please assist me with this issue since, currently, I cannot play the game at all and would prefer to get this fixed before I have to pay another month of sub without access to the game if possible.

From the description of your error it sounds like Game Files got corrupted for you and either need repair or reinstall. Might be even character data. There might be really multiple reasons for game disappearing, might be even RAM problem, system running out of RAM... But I would check integrity of files first.
