Problems with connecting to launcher and/or PSN

On both PS4 and PS5, I am getting a black screen when I arrive at the launcher, whether I just opened the game or exited the game after playing. It will run through several cycles of trying to refresh the launcher, and sometimes it will work after a few retries. Sometimes it won’t and I have to close the game and reopen it.

I’m getting timeout errors both from the launcher itself (error 0x0000001C and sslerror 0x00000000) as well as system errors (NW-102468-1) (CE-113246-7).

Internet on all other devices is running fine, and I even called my ISP yesterday and they refreshed what they could. Testing the connection on PS5 settings, it says it is connecting to PSN, but it will say it can’t connect to PSN only within the launcher.

This started happening on both PS4 and PS5 the night of the 23rd, but both were fine just a few hours before. I have also tried clearing my cache and rebuilding my database and those have not helped either.

Once I’m in the game itself, connection seems mostly ok. Though I did get DC’d twice on the night of the 23rd. But the process of logging in has been extremely stressful since this issue occurred.
