Recast Timer Display

Could we have the option to darken the action icons, and brighten the recast timers? I noticed while playing Summoner, I could barely see the number because the action icon was so bright.

I love this new change and hope for more QoL like this in the future :)

This please. Or allow us to change the color of the numbers.

I really hope this is something we can get next week for raids.
