DX11 errors crashing game at random

So since earlier today I've been unable to play for more than ten minutes due to a random DX11 error that crashes the game for no discernible reason. It usually takes the form of something like this:

Now I'm no software dev, so I have no idea what any of that means other than it's something to do with DX11. Also while I copied that message (manually as it didn't allow me to cut and paste) verbatim, the numbers at the end of 'ffxiv_dx11.exe+' vary from crash to crash. Also there are no obvious causes to this, as it happened both upon trying to load my character and at varying times afterward.
