Steps:
1. Get to the 'Return from the Void' part of the MSQ, with Zero unconscious
2. Talk to Varshahm, who mentions that we're going to leave the 13th
3. Click Yes when prompt whether to leave
4: The cutscene where the characters leave Zero's house plays
5: The screen goes black, with the circle spinning bottom right. There's a sound that is like some kind of wind blowing
6: The sound cuts out, the circle continues to spin
7: I get the errorcode 'an unexpected error has occurred. exiting final fantasy xiv.(17) '

I tried restarting the pc, checking to see if drivers were updated, playing in windowed or full screen, shutting down the steam overlay, teleporting elsewhere and walking back to the location.
